i know...i never use only one set of headphones/speakers to listen to my final mixes...but would be nice to finally have something better than my 20$ Panasonic's :). And if I will spend a large sum on cans, i would like to be satisfied with my purchase...(200$ is allot of money for me)...  ...

Ty for the quick reply. I know that my receiver will have the power to drive the headphones. Probably even beyond their limits, considering that the cans i have now are 40ohms i think (the akg are 55 ohms) and they only handle almost half of the receiver's power.(they tend to vibrate on my ears...
