I never noticed changes in SZ1K or 2K after burn in. They still sounded bad without EQ

The shipping date has been pushed back a few times because of problems with shipping parts they need from China and a few other reasons. At this point, their claimed date means nothing unless they have products already made and packaged IMO

A lot of people saying something needs to be added to the list without doing a paper shake video... at least read the whole first post before you start recommending things be added to the top 10

The tactic driver is controlled by a volume knob type deal so I believe you control the volume and bass separately.

I have a modded TH900 coming my way soon. I have a feeling it is going to smash everything but the SZ2000 in terms of impact, and especially overall fidelity. If I end up not selling my SZ2000 (only $150!! buy now!!!!!), I will do a paper shake video comparison.

They play sub 20hz sounds louder than any other headphone I've heard (with EQ and an amp).

You can use them on the bus. They are big but wearable. Cable is pretty short so you shouldnt need to mess with it, but if you do just don't tighten it too much.   SZ1000/2000 absolutely require an amp and EQ. If you can't do both of those, just don't buy them. Without amp and EQ they are very...

I agree with Sham, the sz series can be used with other genres, but obviously they aren't the best for that. Sham - sz2k hits even harder :)

So I got a brand new SZ2000 from amazon yesterday, and i applied this EQ to them using the Magni 1 straight into MB:       and they are distorting. did i get a lemon? i thought these had  a much higher tolerance? using hm5 pads

Problem with bluetooth is the technology legitimately isn't there yet. It generally causes the bass to roll off and the highs to get all jumbled.
