Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
Um so that link is basically useless? S is out of stock, M and L are lead to "Find a dealer" page which is completely useless. Where do I select IE800 rubber tips in the products page of find a dealer? Am I suppose to drive to the closest Sennheiser dealer to pick up 2 pieces of rubber...- deltronzero

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
Can anyone link me where to pick up extra IE800 OEM earfoams? I swear some of the decisions on IE800 are just so anti-consumer that it frustrates me. When I contacted them regarding the replacement foams, basically no response, well...then why the hell did you make it proprietary? Now I can't...- deltronzero

Still my go-to portable set up after extensively listening to KSE1500, Layla v2 and other TOTL IEM's. There's just something magical about this combo. ZX2 + SE846 3.5mm Balanced- deltronzero

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
ZX2 to SE846 via LDAC Not bad, but certainly doesn't match up to the SE846 with some balanced cable into the ZX2.- deltronzero

Sennheiser IE800 IEM's
I have these...they suck. Nowhere near the original tips. The problem I have is I only lost one of them...so it sounds kinda weird with a fake tip on one side and OEM the other.- deltronzero

On the topic of tips...where do you even buy some OEM replacements? A quick google leads to me Sennheiser who charges 48 bucks for a pair of L tips? Come on...- deltronzero

Luckily I don't use this in my pocket heh. ZX2 balanced sounds better than Mojo, so I don't need it with my IEM's.- deltronzero

I can't explain it either but when I hook my ZX2 to the Mojo, it just sounds better than other sources. Though I hope Sony with its big ass digital out dongle (with a processing chip inside) better have better results...- deltronzero

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
You haven't heard ZX2 if you've never heard its balanced out. Its too bad Sony doesn't market it, literally none of the ZX2 reviews even knew about its balanced out. But once you utilize it with a TOTL IEM, nothing I've heard compares. (no, not even Mojo paired with one of the best...- deltronzero

Rewire your SE846 to 3.5 TRRS and then get the ZX2 for its balanced output. No other single box solution in the market compares. Not even my Mojo + VorzAmp Pure II sound as good as ZX2 balanced. Same goes for the AK380 + AK Amp I've tried. ZX2 + SE846 balanced has left my KSE1500 and...- deltronzero
