Yes, I have already emailed to comply and they have been very prompt with their respond. Currently they are submitting the AX-30 for purchase approval and the whole testing process will take about a month or so. Hi I have a AX 30 and would like to know which comply tip do you guys use ? I tried T-500 ( medium) is a bit too big for my ears , does not really fit well.Any advise ?- Davidtanac
