So what's the score with the PM6 then? My uk order isn't here yet but I have the master and I'm really happy with them. Anyone got an opinion on the comparison between the two?

The masters take the comply 500 tips which are what I use. There's no way 400s would fit on these as they are pretty wide. I haven't found the included tips hard to get on and off but it's dead important you work them as far on as they'll go as press fit doesn't quite get them all the way on.

I've been blown away by the masters so far. My turbines were over 3x the price and they just don't stand up to them in any way other than depth of bass. The 6s are gonna blow us all away I'm sure.

Noisia's stuff must be good for testing, some of those tracks get messy quickly. I always liked the 16bit remix of Machine Gun when I wanted something to play loud. Savant is my go to for testing these days. Have you got an amp to hook up to your player? It really does give the masters a boost.

As you like a bit of DnB, see if you can find a copy of Dexcell's Under the Blue album, it sounds incredible through the masters with the rich bass and range of male and female vocals.

Im with you there. My Sony DAP doesn't have the guts to drive them properly without having the volume practically maxed out. I haven't tried the iPhone as I've lost the adapter. Running through my amp though they sound crystal clear even at low volumes and now I've switched to the red filters...

It is, yes. The shells don't detach from the cable. The connection between the upper and lower cable is high quality with a satisfying click though and provides some welcome weight to keep the cables down behind the ears.

I'll have a look when I get in but I'm pretty sure I don't have either. There was definitely not a second cable with them though for those who are asking, just the main extender and a jack converter. I'm sure these are sounding better with time though or perhaps I'm just getting used to them -...

I have pretty large ears but they are considerably smaller than the available space. I can't imagine many people having issues with fit. Considering how much heavier they are than my usual iems, when these are in my ears I barely notice them.

It was the order updated email but I had to click through to the order itself and there was a number there, just copy it into the app and it'll tell you if it's on the way. Can't wait to try these tomorrow. Should keep my going until the pm6s ship out.

I just missed my delivery of my masters and have had to arrange a redelivery tomorrow - but good news for UK orders - worth downloading the APC app and checking your tracking number.
