    Mine cd's are ripped too, have them on PC and smartphone. For a quick listen, I use it via bluetooth. Normal listening cd's.

    @goldwerger Nice collection. I have only around 130. Well, not everything is on streaming and even if it is there, you never know for how long. Cd in the box is yours, when the Internet falls down, we can still listen to our music.

    I think it's something like you get when you are listening to the music via headphones. You move your head and you can hear when the cable touches your clothes. Irritating thing.

    I have to disagree with the way people are approaching the power issue. Well at least partially. Have seen lots of time, some equipment to tackle the power issue. Some are very costly. I think it can be useful but only in houses with some issues that can have impact on the energy flow. Maybe...

    Exactly what I had in mind. Apparently there is not enough power to cause the induction in the hifi systems we are using. Can happen with heavy equipment tools cables. This in mine set - no issues with the sound and the cables are OK as well.

    I think with the cables, rolled together, or laying one on another, it wil not have an impact, because the power, amperage or voltage is just small. I am not specialist or something like that, but had this discussion with someone about rolled speaker cables, he said this wil have no impact on...

    I wonder always, why to include the measurements results in a forum around listening to the music. We use our ears to do that. Which result can be heard, by even young people. Not mention bit older folks. Our hearing isn't the best on the planet right.
