You should try to contact the seller first and like aleki mentioned you should get some sort of tracking number or even signature confirmation when you send the package back.  Also tell the seller to pay for your return shipping since he's the one at fault. If he don't budge, go with paypal...

You should return those, because the bags for the eartips is a dead give away and also like another member mention the earphones don't come wrap in plastic.  The real thing will sound a lot better.  Also, fakes like these can be had for $40, you shouldn't be paying $200.

I tried the same tip for each side of the earphone and the left is always louder, clearer...etc.  So its not the seal.  I think the right side is just faulty. I will have to call monster tomorrow.
