I tried installing the sound me app on my iPad to see if it is Android that is the problem. But no,no FW button on iOS. So it seems only the pnk version got the FW button

I'm using the Android version. I use a OnePlus 12 with Android 14. I also tried and older Xiaomi mi 11 pro with Android 13. Same result with no FW button in the app.

Thats weird. For me all EQ options work, and also custom EQ. But when doing custom EQ you have to " save" before it takes effect. Which Android version are you on? I'm on Android 14. I've read somewhere that the Aviot app is a bit wonky with older Android versions.

Yes there is that possibility that i have a bad set. And maybe Cambridge will tell me to exchange my buds. We will se what they say when they get back to me

Yes i do understand what you are saying. But at the same time, if a manufacturer time after time releases products that is half baked and full of bugs,that could in the end potentionally cost them just as much? Anyway, they will most likely push out some FWs in the future, and the melomania...

I agree. And in this case there was no need for this to ever happened,cause they did not announce a release date or anything. so why not release them a month or two later and take care of the remaining bugs instead?

I also get audio quality drops from time to time when the phone is nearby. I've mailed Cambridge support explaining the BT problems . Also explained my other problems that i have. Asked them if there is any upcoming FW in the near future to adress these issues. Hopefully i get some answer next...
