    Not much needs to be said about these phones that isn't in the listed pros-and-cons.  The build quality is superb, all phones should be built this well.  The sound is great and exceptionally dynamic/punchy; there are plenty of other reviews which describe it in detail, so I won't bother here, but I will confirm that the only real fault these have is they can be sibilant especially when your music includes compression artifacts.   For tips, don't bother with the stock ones; they are truly awful.  Use these, they're well worth the additional $5: ...

    I got these phones used with a broken plug which I had to fix myself, so I have no idea what kind of life they had before they came to me.  That said...   You can do better than these phones.  The sound is good, there isn't any particular strength or weakness upon which I will extol.  To my ears, these are jack-of-all-trades-but-master-of-none.  There isn't any particular facet of the sound which is outstanding but none which is awful either, they're just sort of...meh.  Unexciting, but fine if you just want a quick listen and aren't going to be...

    These phones have one of the best low-ends out there in the IEM category.  The bass is huge, clear, and REAL; I would not describe the sound as bloated or artificially "thumpy" as some other bass-heavy phones tend to be.  They also have the darkest sound of any phones I've ever heard, which works well for some music and largely depends on your personal preferences.  The warm sound is excellent for jazz/blues and are my go-to phones for recordings which tend to sound sibilant.  The soundstage is also quite good for IEM's.  They do NOT have to be amped...
