Listed higher than I bought em expecting to drop. Made $10 and only had to ship them over 3000 km's . So will have to keep my day job.   I think I may get the highest rated noise isolating muffs and try that on top of the Ettys. Even if it does not do much I require a pair of muffs regardless. 

Sold the QC15's now.   The HF5 are the way to go IMO at least. I am surprised I could not find anyone doing such a comparison before. Is anyone aware of someone trying out QC15 with ear plugs or other in ear noise isolation?

Had two flights today, used both, separate and with each other this is my opinion on what I found.   One a Jet flight, and other Prop flight.    Started with hf5 with the tri flange, put the bose over and turned them on, the tone of the planes drone changed.... In all honesty I thought...

First post as I have been lurking for a bit..   Could never decide what to get for flights, and could not find anyone doing this such comparison as searches find everything but.   So about to jump on a flight, and I have Etty hf5 in ear with tripple flange. And Bose QC15. About to find...
