Comfortable (Velour?) replacement pads suitable for JVC HA-RX900
Hi, I have a pretty old (5+ years) JVC HA-RX900 which I kinda like. However, the pads are flaking off badly and they're not so comfortable as well. I have a Beyer DT770 and I really like their pads, super comfortable. Can anyone tell what pads would fit the RX900's ? Thanks! Bar.- bartzy

3.5mm jack replacement for bent jack on JVC HA-RX900
Thanks dj1001! What is this jack ? Is it better than the rubber one you provided in an earlier link? Seems sturdier (but not gold plated) :) Thanks!- bartzy

3.5mm jack replacement for bent jack on JVC HA-RX900
The strain relief we're talking about is on the jack side, not the cup side. Or am I misunderstanding what you meant?- bartzy

3.5mm jack replacement for bent jack on JVC HA-RX900
Thanks dj1001, That's pretty much what I've been looking for. It is not a problem to cut the old jack from the cable and soldier this one? Also - Is this the best strain-relief rubber I can get? The one that came with my JVC seems better ? Thanks! Bar.- bartzy

3.5mm jack replacement for bent jack on JVC HA-RX900
I have no problem soldering it, I'll take it to someone good at it :) I just need to know a cheap and good replacement jack I can buy online, and what else do I need to buy to make the connection between the jack and the cable look like in the picture (that rubber part). Thanks!- bartzy

Hiss with Magni + Modi + DT770 250ohm on high volume
Why would it bring it out specifically with the Magni/Modi? It happens with a lot of songs, I think perhaps every song with a lot of silence in it, in high volume.- bartzy

Hiss with Magni + Modi + DT770 250ohm on high volume
Hi, I recently got a new Magni + Modi stack for my DT770 250 ohm. My setup is Laptop > Modi > Magni > DT770. One thing that I noticed is a subtle Hiss sound, that is only there when playing something (doesn't happen when the headphones are connected but the PC is not playing anything)...- bartzy

Metal is bent on new DT770 250ohm
Any recommendations on how to do the bending? By hand? Also, the headphones are lopsided - the cup do not meet at the center. I read this was an issue for someone else 2 years ago, but no one answered. Any idea? Thank you, Bar.- bartzy

Metal is bent on new DT770 250ohm
It doesn't affect the comfort quality. But I'm worried it will deteriorate the headband after sometime. Is it safe to take the headband apart with the screws and bend it the other way so it will be aligned? I cannot return it...- bartzy

Metal is bent on new DT770 250ohm
Hi, It seems like the metal that retracts to the headband, on the left side, is a bit bent, which causes it to stick out. Is this anything to be worried about? Should I just bend it the other way? :) Some pictures: Thanks!- bartzy

Can a Fiio E10 drive DT 770 250 Ohm sufficiently ?
I've heard so many good things on the DT770, not only from people who like bass. I have the JVC RX900 and the Creative Aurvana live, and I don't know why - I like the RX900 better, even though the CAL should have better sound quality. I read that the DT770 are very fun - that's the type of...- bartzy
