lol, I think we all wish that were true, except maybe new bio cellulose drivers which don't degrade over time. To be extremely pedantic, carbon copies are not printed on the same paper or with the same ink as the original. Who knows, maybe this will sound even better.

Is the density or hardness of wood more important for sound?

Has anyone compared camphor burl ltd with monkeypod? It seems like their densities are similar so probably just a tiny bit less reverb with the burl?

That's fair as is what the other guy said. I think I am in the habit of thinking I know how something sounds by looking at measurements which obviously isn't true.
