LZ A7 IEM's impressions and reviews thread
Sorry if this was covered earlier. Just got an Ibasso DX160 and am waiting on my A7's. Is anyone running an adapter to go into balanced (4.4mm) input or are you replacing the entire cables? If so recommendations - adapters or cables. Wanted to try all options :) Was thinking an adapter would...- AUTIGER

Got no response on other thread so... Currently running DX50 and RHA 750. Looking to come current with DX 160 and want to stay $500 or less on IEM. Top of list are LZ A7 and FiiO FH7, But open to options (with pros and cons). Listen to mainly FLAC (live) rock, blues, bluegrass and some jazz...- AUTIGER

I found the 220 ohm to be a little low also and went with 150 ohm resistors. But as previously posted you can use the included jumpers and bypass the resistors altogether. A friend has done this and likes it better w/o the resistors. Should be plenty of power to drive about anything if you...- AUTIGER

DIY: Emotiva mini-X a-100 Headphone Amp Mod Guide
I did the mod on a gen 1 mini x, but after speaking with emotiva about the new amp I'm looking ofrward to trying one (30 day free trial). I was told the noise floor is lower. So as previously said, it will be interesting to see what's changed internally.- AUTIGER

DIY: Emotiva mini-X a-100 Headphone Amp Mod Guide
I found some on ebay "bass stereo jack" worked fine. I'm going to reduce the 220 ohm to 150 because some stuff just isn't quite loud enough and it gives me a little headroom.- AUTIGER
