Depends on how much bass you like. Unless you REALLY like bass, the 5EBs will most likely leave you feeling overwhelmed with the lower end of the spectrum. So basically, if you're a basshead go for the EBs otherwise go for the V2s.

If you're looking for something that's a little heavier on the bass, you should go with a pair of NuForces. I personally really like their sound sig, and find them to be excellent budget phones for the price.
