The first time i drained the poly 8-10 hours and then charged it up again and it still did not work, but the next time i drained it for almost 2 days and then charged it for over 8 hours and after that cycle, i turned it on and the Poly seemed to have restarted itself and let me set it up again.

I just connected with Soundorg and they mentioned that the update server has been experiencing issues since the recent switchover and should be resolved in the coming weeks, after which the update should go thru without a problem.

I was running it off my iPhone. I also had ethernet plugged in but i just tried WiFi and i no longer get that error but after i ran the firmware update it says 1.60 but the chord website says latest version is 1.61. I tried running firmware update 2x and still says 1.60. Any thoughts? Ill...

WiFi worked, though, now a separate issue, website says 1.61 is latest for 2go but mine despite running update is 1.6. Will post in the 2go forum to see if any one has run into this issue.

Thanks. I also have a poly and mojo 2 and did not experience this. only difference i see is my 2go is hooked up via Ethernet rather than WiFi, let me try WiFi and see if it works.

I just tried updating my 2go and i also have go-figure 2.12 on iPhone and I am getting the following error “Update Server Malformed Content Issue” in a pop-up box when i go to device settings. Maybe the server is just down?? Will try again tomorrow.

Is the Poly set to hotspot mode, if so, and your phone is connected to Poly via hotspot, then the phone internet will stop working. Check which WiFi network your phone is connected to; and check with mode poly is setup to.

Tried all of the above and still no luck. Emailed Chord as well and they responded with a line, drain the battery and try again otherwise take it to a dealer. Not so helpful given I bought the unit from a fellow Head-fier. Any other thoughts from the group?
