So the new thunderbolt comes with this unspecified TI DAC.  Does anyone have any insight as to which it might be or even if TI DACS are any good esp compared to the Wolfson found in the Samsung. Here is a link to the specs. http://www.htc.com/us/products/thunderbolt-verizon#tech-specs

I got my new rectifier, RFT EZ81, and everything is working perfect now.  So the problem was really just the tube.  Thanks for your help guys!
