Can't find new 650s at a good price, I'd love to buy them at the ~$340 price they used to be. Anyone know where? Please don't suggest used ones as I'm not fond of buying used headphones.

I hate the thought of modding headphones, doesn't appeal to me. I haven't even touched my old AD700s...  I guess I'll just adjust to this.

^That could very well be it.   Don't be mislead, this is the best quality bass I have ever heard. However, I'm feeling as if my DT990s had more "impact." Maybe it is just another false memory, who knows...

I thought the hiss was what is considered sibilance? I heard the 990's were sibilant before, and I can hear the hiss in songs(Although I think it might recording flaws).   I just don't know anymore. I want to point out that I'm not a basshead, and I don't particularly like...

^ Thanks. The main problem I have with the 990's as of now is the hissing noise made on many songs. I'm talking about even FLAC songs. Also, in some songs, the bass seems a little overpowering, while the vocals are underpowered due to the bass.
