I never thought this would happen (I may regret this), but it's time to let go of my one-of-a-kind Almond Wood Aeolus, the first ZMF I ever bought, in order to save some money and eventually move onto different headphone experiences.
Bought these during ZMF November 2020, arrived in Jan 2021, and they've been kept in pristine condition (seriously, there are *no* flaws). As stated above these are the ONLY (to my knowledge) pair of Aeolus made from Indian Almond wood, which is a unique medium density wood, but with super light weight (this pair weighs around 456 grams). There are little streaks of chatoyance on the sides, but mostly they have this almost glowing almond color with the circular grain pattern that I adore. The other oddity about this headphone is you're getting a true "original" Aeolus, through and through: original baffle with 3 holes instead of newer 2-hole ones, original Aeolus lambskin pads, and original bopp mesh, which I recently installed myself and are in excellent condition, and which I prefer sonically to the newer radial mesh.

- 3 cables (old style ZMF XLR cable, stock 1/4" cable, OFC 1/4" cable)
- Upgraded leather crescent band with also upgraded "plum" BBB strap (installed)
- Old style ZMF headband and leather strap (with hex key + screws for installation)
- Original bopp mesh (installed) and newer radial vented mesh
- Owner's card/documentation
- ZMF seahorse case/humidity pack
