I am selling little used iBasso SR2, bought for testing in January 2022 from another head-fier. The build quality is top-notch - metal and leather. They are very comfortable for long listening. The ear pads are soft and large and do not touch the ear. The cable is distinguished by its good workmanship and is flexible, lightweight and free of monophonic noise.

The drivers are biocellulose - a technology used in some legendary Fostex, Denon and ZMF models. The magnets have a strength of 1 Tesla. As a result, the sound is detailed (analytical) but at the same time full and musical.

SR2 are semi-open, which provides partial isolation of noise - both from the outside to the listener and from the headphones to the environment. In this respect, they combine some advantages of closed and open type headphones. They are not difficult to drive and you get good sound from not very powerful amplifiers / sources. Unlike other audiophile headphones the SR2 do not require additional investment in powerful headphone amplifiers.

The set includes a hard storage box, as well as a second set of ear pads - with different size perforation. With them the sound becomes more reference - with less bass and more clarity and slightly more details. It can be said that you get 2 different headphones in the set.

The SR2 were used in smoke-free and pet-free environment.
