I am selling one of my favorite tube headphone amps because I am thinking about getting Ampsandsound’s larger model, which includes a speaker tap for my 2-channel system. This amp comes with two Tung-Sol 6L6GC STR tubes, a JJ 6SL7 tube, a stock power cable, and a sturdy flight case. A local professional audio technician installed a 4-pin connector mod using authentic Neutrik parts. The 4-pin connector is wired to the 8-ohm tap. I opted for this modification because I have many high-quality 4-pin headphone cables, and using “adapters” will degrade sound quality a lot .
