When a dream comes true. (Actually four 🙂)

I am eying the SoliPs since auditioning them at home in 2021.
You should try to upgrade headphone cable. I’ve tried Nordost heimdall cable, silver dragon cable… but now with Enklein Xerxes cable, the sound improve a lot thank to anti-signal interference technology.

Have really been enjoying the Sol Ps since I received them almost 2 weeks ago. They're just so listenable. I'm really enjoying the natural sounding highs and fuller mids. Coming from the HE1000se (and before that the 1266 TC), the complete lack of brightness has been a big contributor toward longer listening sessions and zero listening fatigue. I don't notice any lack of highs, perhaps a bit less sparkle if I'm being critical but a small bit of sparkle often comes with a larger dose of brightness overall. I'll take the Sol Ps tuning.

The soundstage isn't the widest or deepest (I feel like the 1000se had the edge there) but it's still decently dimensional and I can easily just get lost in the music. Overall a very enjoyable and musical listen.

At its initial EU price of 4800€ it was amazing.
Imagine a ~5200$ Solitaire P, that would be a well priced headphone.

Would...

I would probably agree with you. I wouldn't pay $7k for it and fortunately, I didn't 🙂

at the street price for a used susvara being say 3200-3500 it in IMHO simply a far batter option than the sol p and I like the sol p...I compare it more to the caldera

Sol P beats the Susvara to my ears, even in Susvaras strong disciplines like detail retrieval.

Street price of the Solitaire P is also ~3300-3500 and at the same price it's the superior option imho

Is $3300-$3500 the street price new or used? Tks.
Used, from what I've seen

That was a hell of a deal! Retail price is $6900 in the US last time I checked. You must have a friendly dealer
