Dark, bassy, laid-back, perfect timbre, best dynamics. Check out my review (link in sig).
Utopia is WAY more aggressive.

You'll be in for a treat. They are something special. They are also limited to 100 units, potentially the supply will run out in a not so distant future.

Pulsar is also limited, but to 1000 units. Mine is #3 which is surprisingly low.
With EQ it's my favourite sounding headphone on my current chain. Soon I'll be able to compare them to the Valkyria at home, looking forward to that

I'm obsessing over this amp right now. Definitely looking forward to your thoughts. Would love to hear comparisons with Solaja Audio's new 300B if anyone's able to provide them.

Very nice indeed! Look forward to your impressions. As is the case with other amps, rolling the driver tubes can be used to fine tune the sound.

And with Valkryia, I found that the 50 ohm impedance works best for my tastes.

I really hate this situation, it always makes me wonder which version is better and if the old version is better then it's really a disaster, why do I have to spend that much money to buy the limited version when there is Someone else has a better version than mine? Really annoyed. Hopefully Spirit Torino will have an answer for this

Where are the venting holes located?

Check the cup, you'll see 4/5 closed off sections at the side just below the pad, in the one open section there are 3 venting cups in my unit.

Thanatos got "The bass is similiar" as an answer in a dialogue with Spirit Torino, which i have to be frank, if the bass is the same on the Pulsar as the newer Valkyria versions compared to my old Valkyria, is not the case. I have also not heard the modded 5 hole version, so i can't speak about that.
