If the unit is under warranty, you can reach out to your seller for warranty.
If it's out of warranty, you could either send it to our factory for repair or order just the replacement part and have it exchanged by a local service place.

We still have these parts in stock. But for batteries, you would have to buy directly from us, as they demand special form of shipment and can't be shipped to certain locations.

Yes, MQA playback from Tidal app is broken on M3X. We can only recommend to either use playback through UAPP or set Tidal to Hi-Fi quality for MQA files.

It's software issue with Tidal app.

I hope they sort it out. I’m also having the same issue with Kann max. I didn’t encounter it with my iPad though.

Regarding MQA on Tidal:
Don't hold your breath. MQA is basically dead (A good thing imho) and Tidal is coverting their catalog to HiRes FLAC...

Yeah, I wish they totally convert everything now. It kinda sucks that a lot the of the Hi-Res albums are still MQA.
