Proceeding to qualifying prototypes. No timeline yet. This year is possible.

Make a case for mono, now is the time.

I listen to my stereo these days not headphones but have been popping in for updates on how Stjarna is going recently.

For me as a jazz listener, mono would be a great option and would be high on my list of things I've been hoping Stjarna would be able to do. Let alone anything else but it could mean perhaps I could go down to one phonostage instead of multiple.

So generally, it's a big plus for me and I imagine others who'd like the flexibility it would bring.

Whilst I'm here, Jason (and other guys at Schiit), thanks, you make awesome gear which has brought me much happiness over the years!

Went to one of my favorite local venues, Mr Smalls in Millvale, just outside Pittsburgh. It's a converted church, so the acoustics are pretty good. Saw the X Ambassadors there, a bags we've seen a few times over the years. Great fun and always put of a great show.

Their new album, Townie, is pretty good as well.
