Excellent review, very well detailed! A curiosity: which IEM has given you a personally better experience for heavy metal so far?
GiullianSN
GiullianSN
@GBCabral a few ones that come to mind now in different price range. Elysian Annihilator, UM Mentor Multiverse, EE LX (all time best), Pilgrim Noir, Penon Quattro.

There you go, those covered Heavy Metal really well to me over the years and price Range.

Vamp898

Headphoneus Supremus
Pros: - High Gain has tons of power
- Low Gain allows fine volume control and very low volumes, even for sensitive In-Ear
- Works out of the box with GNU/Linux
- Both 3.5mm and 4.4mm have excellent sound
Cons: The Moondrop Link App is not really user friendly and quite buggy, but it does the job
For being made out of medal, the build quality feels surprisingly cheap
There is not much to say about this DAC/Amp. It is almost perfectly flat (It slowly rolls off from 1kHz to 17kHz/j20kHz by -0.1db/-0.2db). The outputs are insanely clean. I can hear no noise, no...

Previously known as J Weiner
Pros: Very good soundstage or rather headspace.
Tactile and all-encompassing bass.
Easy to live with treble.
Good clarity with vocals.
Durable and comfortable metal shell.
Energetic and uniquely addictive tuning
Cons: Cable pins are tightly fitting compared to nonstandard cable. I was worried I might break something.
Require good sealing to the ear and good amplification to shine at their best.

MakeItWain

Previously known as SemperMalum
Pros: Great subbass and bass detail
Satisfying bass hit when the track calls for it
Mids are extremely detailed for instruments
Treble is smooth and inoffensive
Above-average technicalities and separation
Female vocals shine and are golden on the F1 Pro
Very comfortable size, shape and good presentation with box/accessories
Cons: Midbass is on weaker end. Planar bass is not for bassheads.
Mids can sometimes sound a bit too airy
Male vocals sound a bit thin/have planar timbre
Smooth signature may not be what planar enthusiasts are expecting
TL;DR: Warm and smooth Planar goodness

New Head-Fier
Pros: - Excellent tuned mild W shaped sound quality
- Non bleeding controlled lows ends
- Rumbly sub-bass
- Clear, airy and clean upper mids presentation
- Extended, energetic, and detailed treble
- Admirable imaging, separation and sound stage
- Lightweight shell design
- Easy to drive
Cons: - Some harshness in the upper mids region. (Burn-in session required to mitigate)
- IEM design could be more premium, look cheap and fragile in the current market presentation.
- If paired with warm sources then bass going to be too much. Need a neural source to match.
