That is Hilarious........I LOVE it! I am a happy Sus owner with Dave, MS and Envy. I will be getting a Immanis at some point and time will tell if the Sus goes or can hang out and play with the Raal!

@Hiker816, thank you for your very well written and detailed comparison of the new Raal hp. Like most here, I ordered the Immanis but wondered if the Magna might be the better choice for me. I listen to very little classical, more rock, classic rock and some alternative and this may be closer...

I'll try to keep an open mind and may be surprised one day! We all hear differently and also have a sound we prefer. Perhaps I have been too hasty in an initial evaluation or a tube,wire or component but I am not terribly patient to wait until X hours hoping something will transform.

Cards on the table, I have never been a big 'burn in' guy. Yes, I understand that caps do need to form and I agree regarding moving parts. I do not have golden ears but usually know how an amp, tube or dare I say wires sound and if I like it from very early on. I don't understand how a wire...

Yup, my go to in the Envy are Elrog TM and quite a few decent drivers.

If it sounds this good with the stock drivers and 300B in the Envy, just imagine how nice this pairing would sound with better tubes!

@ThanatosVI, I was thrilled to see your 'custom' Envy with all the upgrades but in the classic walnut chassis! I am fine with my standard walnut version and frankly glad I did not know this was an option and will use the funds I saved to pay for my Immanis and perhaps the 'new' version of the HM...
