Used but sonically perfect, no bias. Headband has that man-made material "chipped" which is normal. The only thing can be called issue is the wire. I used a hanger to hand this headset and also keep cable on it. But this amazon sold hanger has fairly sharp edge so it cut the cable a little while I pulled it through. Rubber is cut open. But luckily no sonic impact.
