It seems like my 2 year old zune has finally broken down... The headphone jack is messed up. I can only hear music if i push my headphone wire to the left... What could be the problem? I'm thinking about just selling it cheap to someone.. cuz it still works but u just need to hold the wire..

Sounds like the only way to fix this problem, as stated before, is to solder the connection back into place.

If you want it fixed for free, you're going to have to crack it open.

Although, I'm sure there's someone who can fix it for you out there for a fee.

The Zune is really easy to open. Just need a small flathead and a small phillips screwdriver.

A few videos out there with tutorials on how to open. Might as well try, at this point you don't have that much to lose

If you are not good enough soldering, take it to a friend who knows about that stuff..or go to a repair center (more expensive though)
You can try to repair it by yourself...no success guaranteed.
