Stabilized Vérité Closed are in! Along with a custom Hart Audio Cable. These sound fantastic. Subtle differences in sound vs the Vérité Open. My wife apprecites the sound isolation as much as I do haha. Definitely keeping both!

It is lovely to see so many gorgeous pics of stabilized set! Each pairs are unique and beauty in their own! I just let go my leopardwood VC with a heavy heart, but on the bright side - I can get back to grab a stabilized set in future without the dilemma of having duplicated pair

Really beautiful grain and texture there! Also the colour is great.

Anyway, today I have VC night, so time to switch more do some rock n roll and electronica playlist I think. Also with vocal jazz of course, nothing better for late night listening.

My VC Stabs arrived this morning! Unfortunately haven't had the time to listen to them yet but was able to grab a few pics before I had to leave the house!

Currently, gonna listen to them with a Topping D90/A90 stack but was looking into picking up either a Hagerman Tuba or a Feliks Echo Mk II. Anyone have any other recommendations for an entry level tube amp that would compliment the VC?

I finally understand why everyone says photos don't do these justice. They are absolutely beautiful in person.

It looks like you could do with a few twists on the adjustment rod on your right cup (maybe both to be safe?) to tighten it up!

Just unplug the cable, pinch the rod tight with your fingers and swivel the whole cup a few times taking care not to scratch the pads/cup on anything as you swivel.

I could see a few visible screw threads when zoomed in. If left alone, the cup could eventually drop to the floor while your listening

I don't quite get the marketing strategy of this headphone. While other products want to be sold as much as possible there's basically no chance of getting the Verité Closed here in Germany. There is one dealer that is always out of stock and thats it. Absolutely no chance to demo it all and none on the used market. Am i missing something? Since released i wanted to give it a try and maybe buy it but i don't know how.
