Thanks for the suggestions. I already tried contacting ZMF directly over email, but haven't received a reply.
Zach always gets back to emails but can take a few days especially these days. Their order volume right now is through the roof. good luck!

You'll need a multimeter to chase the correct wires back to the headphone mini XLR

I think I've been responding to this through email. Unfortunately this cable will need a multimeter to diagnose which lead goes where as it's one of our pre-made cables from a supplier (stock cable). Once you figure out the + and - it's fairly straight forward. TIP = Left, RING = Right and the sleeve is NEG. For the tiny XLR 1 is + and 3 is -

Hope that helps.

And yes I am usually a couple days behind on email, we are working on response time but I am also trying to keep headphones flowing out of the shop. WE will however be moving to a new larger shop soon (will do a video tour) and everything will be much faster.

Topic was opened couple of days before you responded Zach, so all good. After your help (and some other head-fiers who PMed me), I think I got it right and will be able to fix it myself.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to respond!
