Is it justified for me to spend 300 bucks on the iaudio X5 when i have a zen micro? My hands are itching to press that buy button... but I can't force myself to do it lol

My primary focus in an mp3 player is a great, tweakable-enhanceable sound, which i believe the iaudio X5 has. I have the shure e4 which is slightly lacking in the bass department and was wondering if the bass-boost on the X5 would do the phones justice.

If anyone has heard both players (Zen Micro and iaudio X5), a comparison of their sound would be greatly appreciated.

I curse you bastards, I love my micro, enough to order some e2c's, and now I'm looking at the x5 and drooling, basically. I suppose it's the one good thing about living in Canada, and a crappy little town, I'm not about to run into one anytime soon to impulse buy.

(should add I don't make that much money either, and I'm trying to save up for a move away

but those nice shiny toys...)

Just sold my micro to someone here on the forums so I could buy my X5...have always loved Creative's sound quality, but the sound of the X5 is just golden, and even better than any Creative player I've heard. Also, the 35 hours of battery life just kill the micro...
