Hiya. I have the Zen Micro and will probably make a case from the Cinnamon Altoids, But right now I have a question about the Zen Micro setup. Is is just me, or does anyone else have a problem with getting all the mp3 files on right? I have duplicate files and can't seem to get them off the Micro. They are not duplicate in my files library. (I double checked) what am I doing wrong? Also, it says the bateries last for 16 hours. NOT!!!

Yes I figured that out too. I got a backup battery because i use mine on my motorcycle. It's a pain when the battery dies in the middle of no where.
I wish I could delete the duplicate songs on it. Any idea how?

What software do you use to load songs onto the ZM? I use Yahoo Music (I bought the ZM because it is compatible with the subscription music service), and when the ZM is docked, the software on my computer shows the files on the ZM & I can identify the duplicates & remove them. If you are using the PFS firmware (2.x), then you can use a variety of software packages to manage the files on your ZM, including Windows Media Player (not my favorite, but it's bundled with the OS if you are using a PC, so it should be easy to find). I haven't used the included software from Creative, but I would expect those packages could also find & delete the files on the device.

you mean you listen to your player while riding on a bike? isnt that a little dangerous? btw, where do you hang the player while riding? I figure it's difficult to navigate if clip it on your belt?
