Zen 16gb vs Zen Vision W

Trying to decide between these two or whatever anyone else recommends. My 3G ipod is getting a bit long in the tooth. I have <20gb of MP3s so the 16GB Zen would be fine. I read that the Zen does not have a line out option. Does the Vision W? I mainly use my ipod via line out in my car for now but I'll likely end up with more serious portable rig than the KSC75 + DAP combo in the future. How big a deal is the lack of line out? Any other players in the 200 dollar range I should look at? Any news of big CES announcements I should wait for?

Looking at your sig, did you buy a D2? How do you like it? I was reading about it and watched the review video, and it looks really nice! If you don't mind sharing, where did you buy it and what did you pay (approximately)?
