Is the Samsung YP-T9 DRM enabled? For the life of me I cannot get explorer to add files to the players directories. I cannot even update teh firmware. I normally use the player on my desktop, but I'm away form school right now so I'm on my laptop. What gives?

What version is your firmware? I did it from v1.68 to v1.72. It took me forever to get mine to work, but here's how. Go to My Computer/Samsung YP-T9, then go as far as you can go where you see all of the folders (Music, Pictures, Video, etc.) And where you d/l'ed that zip file? Drag those two files where the folders are. At first I though you had to put them in the system folder, but you don't, just in the main folder directory. After you've done this Safely Remove it and turn the player back on to update the firmware. Hope this works and PM me if you have any questions...Also question for you, I never could get album art to work right (when done drag and drop), what about you? I've always seen this complaint for it, but I though they fixed it with firmware.

With firmware version 1.68 I couldnt even get the folders to show up on my laptop. I had to take the player to my mothers laptop and update the firmware. It seems to work fine now.

As for the album art, I have never tried to get that working. I've had enough problems with ID3v3 tags to try album art.

Yeah, hardware is fantastic. Sounds great. They just need to work on the firmware and offer higher capacity versions and it would be perfect.
