I am happy with my work setup, but would like something better at home (i.e. a full size headphone amp). I would like people to list their top 5 brands/manufacturers that are known for producing neutral/flat solid state amps. I don't mind doing my own research, I just don't know where to start because there are too many brands/choices out there.

I have a Schiit Valhalla 2 tube amp. It's so quiet you think it's solid state. I've had it for three years and love it. They have some new equipment that's just been released as well as some in house home brewed new tech that they developed on their own.

Burson, Bryston and Schiit come to mind.
 
I've heard good things about the sennehiser amps but they are wicked expensive. Audeze also makes one.
