Your favorite (pick one) binaural recording

What's your favorite binaural recording? Maybe it's the same answer, but if you could reccomend only 1 recording to someone that's never heard it before (such as myself) - what would you reccommend?

Stax - "The Space Sound CD"
Ultrasone - "Trust Your Ears"

The Stax CD is not freely available (aka. copyrighted). But it show up on eBay once in a while...
