Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes
Mastodon - The Hunter [CD+DVD]
Opeth - Ghost Reveries [special edition, CD+DVD]
Pink Floyd - Animals [discovery edition]

Edit
Here's five more:

Alice Cooper - Love It to Death [Audio Fidelity HDCD]
The Doors - The Soft Parade [Audio Fidelity HDCD]
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Second Helping [Audio Fidelity HDCD]
Pink Floyd - Atom Heart Mother [discovery edition]
Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon [experience edition, 2 CDs]

The only Pink Floyd remaster I originally intended to buy was the upcoming Wish You Were Here SACD, but then I started to hear that the new remasters are actually really good and decided to buy one or two to try them for myself. Now it seems I'll end up buying most of them. Some songs have parts that sound better on the Doug Sax remasters, but as a whole I've preferred the 2011 releases for every album I've heard so far. The Dark Side of the Moon SACD's stereo layer still sounds better than the new CD, but I prefer it to the Doug Sax remaster, so I've replaced the ripped Sax files on my computer with the new experience edition which also has the live concert.
