i've been saying oh-TEK-ruh, but it just struck me that this is probably wrong.

anyone know the proper pronunskiashun?

Autechre themselves pronounce it "AW-tekker." This little tidbit is listed somewhere on Warp Records' website.

ok... i found a reposting of a line from the faq on the (apparently defunct) autechre fan site:

so there you have it... everyone's right.

It's spelled Autechre but it's pronounced 'Throat-wobbler mangrove'
