I'm not driving until I absolutely have to. You pretty much get bent over by insurance companies, and frankly, I have zero interest in driving; I find it to be a chore.

I'll take a Stax over a rubbish money pit car any day. At least the Stax will last me until I'm dead.

Also when you take the train and bus you can use your headphones, you can't in the car because in most places it's illigal to have headphones on while driving.
Some of my best listening sessions are also when i'm sitting in the train anyway so no car for me either
