Yamaha hph-mt5 pad upgrade suggestion

Anyone replace the stock pads on this set? Not sure what to get. Thanks

I've just replaced the stock pads on my MT5's with Brainwavz Hybrid pads - pleather with a velour surface on the ear. When I first got the MT5's I couldn't decide if I liked them or not, certainly punchy, fast but there were sounds that I couldn't hear that were there on my other headphones. Anyway - these pads have made a huge improvement to the sound in my opinion. The drivers are further away from the ear which gets rid of the overpowering mid-range, the bass is more precise, not boomy and certainly no reduction of emphasis, the trebles are more defined and smooth, and the pads are so comfortable. I just want to recommend for any MT5 users. Pads are easy to fit. I now LOVE my MT5's !!!
