So I'm considering buying the Sennheiser PC350 SE, Ive seen the O2 amplifier kit for cheap (76usd).

Should I buy the O2 and put between my Xonar DX and PC 350 SE?

The Xonar amp should be good enough for the PC 350. I would recommend you to buy a good Headphone + micro. You will get better sound for less money.

Actually the Xonar DX has no built in amp, the PC350 is 150ohm.
I read a review where a PC gamer was happy with the sound of DX + PC360 (50ohm).

After doing more research it seems that the PC360 is much better sound compared to PC350.
But the PC360 is open earphone, not sure how much projector noise will bother me during movia watching.

The DT770 seems to be good, but I have read many ppl say the positional sounds are not good for FPS games.
Apparently they might have too much Bass and difficult to know footsteps and so on.

Since the Xonar DX has 100 Ω output impedance, a 150 Ω headphone is actually better in this particular case than a 50 Ω one, assuming that the efficiency (dB/mW) is about the same.
