My XMos was working fine. We moved and not sure what happened. Now it cant connect with windows 10 pc 
showing this device is not working . it just comes with exclamation mark . IF i try to connect to iphone 7 pls
it says , the accessory is taking too much power...anyone have same problem?

Same computer or different when you moved? If the latter, what is it?

Quick fix to try would be a powered usb hub if it's the same computer.

Tried both...still same...i can see the light is on....

Maybe uninstall the drivers from device mgr and reboot with it unplugged (usb) then get into Windows first then plug in. Make sure internet is on

Sounds like a defective unit, maybe try another computer.

I'm afraid you'll have to send it back to Singxer in China I believe -- better get in touch with who you bought it from for warranty info.
