I've looked around a bit, sent Xin an email, no reply, so I thought I'd ask on here.

Any idea how much the new Macro, Mini & Micro will cost and any idea what 'coming soon' actually means?

I'm curious about price info as well, no response to my inquiry from Dr Xin.

Forgive me for asking this, its probably obvious. I don't know though.

If I get the SM3 V5(which is almost a certainty) does it come with opamps? I know they are all inter-changeable.

I am also new here but have read quite a while in Dr. Xin webpage and understand that he is building a new version SM3 V5. Everything has been hold on until he figure out the price and shipment date. That's why it has not publish anything yet. Most of us are still waiting for his update at this moment. Better check close to his web.

Directly from Xin posted yesterday:

"The final price, upgarading etc. depend on the configurations which I'm still working on. This time, I will not take orders before the amps are ready to ship."

His target date is October 9.

Hey Chri5peed, one thing to know about working with Xin when getting one of his amps is that, due to the volume of e-mails that he receives, he relies on his web support forum to answer many of his product inquiry questions. The community there is really supportive and helpful (most of whom are head-fi members as well). He also hops on there from time to time to answer any unanswered questions, but he doesn't really answer any order inquiries on the forum itself. I believe he does make an effort to answer e-mails, but it could take many days for a response, and during pre-launch periods, maybe longer...

It seems like if you put in an order, you can rest assured, since you'll be placed in queue along with everyone else.

This is just so you know what to expect. Good luck with your search!

Don't worry I'm on his website several times a day, to see if anything has changed!

I didn't realise his site was the only place to get his amps, so I'm sure hes inundated with email.
