Hey,
I received an XDuoo X3 for Xmas. I am (was) pretty psyched as I have heard good things, however I can't load the thing with music. I tried 2 different computers but neither recognize the player. Am I mean to just load memory chips and then place them in the player or am I just very stupid. Both are equally possible. Any help would be appreciated.

have u tried a different USB cable?Or rebooting your computer?Is the DAP turned on when u connect it?If it is turn it off nd then back on...DAPs and computers are often finicky creatures...if all else fails do the pre-load the card option.

nice motorhead avatar. saw them  twice in two days. surprised I can hear at all. I have tried all of the above. Yes I believe Ill have to do the memory card thing.

Secondary question, and please, excuse my ignorance, if I go the memory card route, can I load it into the dap and then connect or should I just put the card in the computer and load the songs from there. Or does it make no difference?

i took a while to realize --- a card must be present. there is no internal memory as such.

Ahhhh. Now it makes sense. the directions are gibberish and make no mention of this important fact. I just ordered a 64 gig Sandisk card. Thank to you both for the help.

recently i bought this mp3
but cause i was curious and i opened it up
to see what have inside..
while i tried to close it again.. i broke the smd the side buttons of the volume.. do y know where i can find replacements parts?also the screen from day 1 came with scratched screen,,,,
