Wow!  $40 for a case for a $85-$120 DAP.  Gesh that's spendy given the price of the xDuoo X3 to start with.  We still need an inexpensive silicon case!

If Xduoo X3 had USB DAC support it would be #1 of everything IMO. especially for the price.

I suppose that wouldn't/couldn't be made available via rockbox, right?

Help!!! I have connected Rb'ed X3 to AC charger and after a while, it is now frozen on RB main menu. No key press works. I tried long presses like Clip Zip. No change. It was warm when I unplugged it. Anything else I can try before trying reset?

Is there RockBox for Xduoo X3 ? <-------  Click the link ! This was for Waynes World.

And that's the problem, when you search for RB on the X3, it doesn't take you to where RB is right now:
http://xvtx.ru/rockbox/index.htm

I guess later, RB will get it on their own site.

Stop searching for "RB", and use the full name! The first link that comes up for me is Rockbox new ports (not the smokes). Under that heading the second thing listed is xduoo x3.

Could anyone clarify for me which colour this is, please?

It looks white (and quite sexy

)
But I believe it to be Gold, which I don't think I would be too keen on. I can't find any information about a white version though.
Unless it's the silver one, and I'm way off..

  Hi!
Any news about the fix for the "Pitch error"?

Welcome to the forums.

Before posting an enquiry such as this, you may find it helpful to make use of the "search" function built into the forum architecture.  Had you done so, you would have observed that the pitch error has been effectively addressed by the unofficial release of the RockBox port produced by XVortex - and which has been the subject of discussion of the last 10-15 pages of discussion.

I think you'll find that that version was a pre-production prototype.  The only current versions I know of are black, silver, and (sometimes) pale gold.

Just press "reset".  USB issues are a known area for further improvement in the current RockBox port.  Sometimes the X3 also hangs with certain memory cards it doesn't get on with.  And yes, the X3 can get a little warm when charging - not a problem, unless it gets HOT.

Hi, thank you and sorry.
Used the search function and also checked the Rockbox page for the Xduoo X3 (including STRG + F) but couldn't find any information.

Hi Everyone

I just tried to format my 128gb sdxc card with Fat32 Format and received the following error message;

Failed to open device
GetLastError 0=32
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Any ideas?

Cheers
