Using the battery bench, I can only get about 8:45 continuous playback. I assume this means this is the 1500mah battery model?

I just bought it less than a month ago off ebay, so I expected to get the 2000mah version :/

8:45 probably is 2000mah. Mine is 1500mah and I never got that much from it even when new.
  3. TLDRonin
Really? I've seen people post benches that get like 11/12 hours

Did not fully charging the battery before rockboxing it mess up the battery somehow?

When If first got it I charged it for maybe 30 minutes before rockboxing it, missing the part where it said to fully charge it.

I should have the "new" version (Home button picture and back text) with a 2000mah battery, but the battery life is a little disappointing...

At what volume you listen to your music? and what are your file format? People listening to MP3 at low volume sure will have long battery life with X3, but its not my case hehe

    flac at sub 50s

I listen at 70-80....or at 100 with line out (don't know if it consume more)....I think like other that 9H should be about the battery life you should get....people that have more perhaps listen at low gain....but I don't think you listen at low gain with 50 volume, aren't you?
  8. TLDRonin
    What is low gain?
  9. NymPHONOmaniac
When you press middle option buton while playing a track you can see a gain option, there 0db or +6db....I always use +6db cause I feel it give mroe dynamic (as well as volume!).

Is that on the stock firmware, or rockbox?

What is that noise in the background that you can hear when nothing is playing or you’re playing a very quiet track?

Like, it’s a very faint noise, but once you unplug your iems, you don’t hear it. For most music I don’t notice it at all while listening, but on a specific quiet piano track I tend to focus on that background noise and it’s a little annoying

I assume you tried the reset feature? A paperclip :paperclip: in the little hole towards the bottom of the right side.
    mehdikh423 likes this.

My X2 cannot be turned on anyway - charged, push the reset button etc. all no any response.
Is there anyone who had such problem for any Xduoo product? Is it the problem of battery?
