Hi Frist i want to apologize for my bad english...I got a xbox 360 and I intend to buy the HD 595.I wanted to know what would be a good amp or what setup should I build to have a good sound quality with those headphone for gaming.Im looking for a clear sound for voices and a good 360 sound awarness for game I wanted to know if I can achive that with stereo sound or should I try to emulate surround with a dolby headphone receiver. The xbox360 got a optical out thx and sorry again ...

I would suggest that you get a good receiver which will process the optical out of the xbox 360. You can just plug in the 595 to the headphone out of the receiver and you wouldnt need a dedicated headphone amp as such since the 595s are not all that fussy.

For you budget you should be able to find decent ones which support all the crazy audio jargon that exist currently
