I've been reading a lot of reviews here saying raving about x3's and I don't know but I'm lookin for a new set of earphones for about 100 bucks and I've found the ue's for just under a 100 and i've noticed the x3s are onl about 70 bucks. I believe the ue's would be better considering the price difference but some are saying the x3's come up to par with the UE. Just wanna confirm this. Which are better? or if anyone has any other recommendations in the same price range they are welcome.

If you're going to get 5EBs then you'd want to compare them to the MylarOne XBs as opposed to the X3s. The X3s will have nowhere near as much bass as the 5EBs.

I still say UE SF5's win.
