The T-HD (Titanium HD) can drive 42-Ohm heads, but the T-HD's headphone jack does have a high impedance, so you might get a bloated bass.
Getting an external headphone amplifier with a low headphone output impedance, like the Schiit Magni, $99, might help with the audio quality.

My experience with creative sound blaster cards is that they can be quite unreliable. I've had a couple die on me - but then they were the xtreme music cards rather than the one you posted...
