$219.99US at Audio Cubes + 15.50 shipping to Canada.

I wouldn't expect to have to pay more than $160 shipped for a pair used. Much more than that, save up a few bucks and get a new pair.

$8 + PST/GST/HST. If he can't find a pair in Canada, he will still have to pay the $8, as well as PST/GST/HST on a slightly reduced value.

As far as I know, Audio Technica headphones don't have transferable warranty's. So all second hand pairs are out of waranty.

I don't know about you, but I have to deal with the risk of dealing with an unknown party and uncertain condition of the item, as well as someone elses cooties

, I would expect more than $50 off.
